That's Preston taking shots from the foul line. Not Tertsea.

We're going to like Preston.....he will help inside, although he's not a big body.

If he can consistently hit a mid range jumper, that will help open things up inside also.

Not a big body??? Were you at the open practice? Broad shoulders, very strong...Langevine could not muscle him! Not sure what you're looking for in a "big body" but he will assert himself, no doubt about it. Classic four in my opinion.

This prank was a staple in our Friday night dinners at the chain restaurant du jour when I was high school. First person to get up to go to the bathroom ended up getting a birthday cake/song. Still classic.

Has anybody noticed how bad the URI basketball page is with regard to news about this trip to the Bahamas - no informative lead story, no schedule of events and the times and location of games, no information on the opponents, whether streaming is available, etc. Just look at the Penn State basketball page to get an idea of what the difference is in coverage. This inept URI reporting was also true of the trip to Italy a few years ago and apparently nothing changes.

I feel like Penn State probably brought their own streaming equipment.
We probably don't have that.

Sorry if I confused you - I added the NPBA ALL STARS to provide more clarity. The NPBA All Stars have played Nichols State and Penn State this week so far and lost them both by the scores listed. This gives you an idea on the level of play that the Bahamas teams are capable of.
Now today URI Plays NPBA All Star Team.

On Friday at 12 noon URI Plays the Bahamas All Star Team

Hey Guys, I'm the one that I actually does the livestream for the event. Local guy from the Bahamas.

We try to stream all the games, so that the fans who cannot make it are able to see their team in action.

URI knew that we stream all the games, free of charge, but the head coach demanded that the games can't be streamed live.

I wish I was able to stream the games.

You guys won tonight 100 - 77.

Looks like they couldn't handle us inside which isn't surprising considering the opponent and also that we didn't have our two lead guards. But cool to see Berry lead us in scoring and Preston lead us in rebounding (in limited minutes for both). Also Stan on the boards!
