Soooo good. My favorite part in Don clearly getting emotional as the buzzer sounds. I love how he says "we". You know this win and step that the program took means so much to him.

My favorite part is Dan's postgame interview...and EVERYONE on the team around him and EC. Everyone as a team. You never see that...it's always one guy and people are off doing their own thing. Nope...everyone was in this together. On Dan. On EC. Their unity as a team will help them on Friday.

As for during the last 5...

I came as close to a stroke as I think was possible. I saw white spots all around the room at 1:03. EC's layup made me nearly hit the ceiling with my head. I have high ceilings. I can't jump that high. All the same I got UP. Then after Stan recovered that loose ball tears just involuntarily started falling down my face. Then when KI got into the open court with the ball I just started crying. My wife hugged me. My dog hugged me. I just cried. 18 years of crying. Bawling. People called me, I tried to speak. I hung up. I cried. Like a 12 year old.

AND I LOVED IT.

I wouldn't change anything about this program or what happened. All of that made me appreciate how good we have it right now. How good our leadership is. Our coach. Our players. Won't take any of this for granted.

That said, I'm good with just being a successful program now. No more droughts. Please stay Dan. I want more of this. LETS GO DO SOME DAMAGE THIS WEEKEND!

I just sat there with my mouth wide open -- the exact same expression, Mrs. Red said, as when Keith Foulke stabbed a grounder and underhanded it to first that night in St. Louis.

While those last few VCU minutes were stressful, in the greater context of things the weekend really was the least stress free run to a tourney bid as a team could have. Everyone has seen the stat that we only trailed for 43 seconds of 120 minutes...but I would guess we were ahead by 2 possessions or more for 118 minutes or so. From 2nd half of Bonnies through to last 10 minutes of VCU we were playing in a double digit game and never really threatened.

Plow the driveway, take a shower, get a coffee, and watch the Rams. What a day!

thanks for the advice i downloaded both versions of the game!!

Things have changed for us now. Even when VCU cut it to 3 I was confident we would make the plays to win

Watched it last night. It was awesome! I couldn't believe how those guys played! They finally played like the team we thought they could be at the beginning of the season. It was fun to watch...especially when I already knew the outcome.

I was watching by myself for most of the game but my wife and son (3yo) got home with 5-10 minutes left. I spent the rest of the game with my son telling me that he wanted the team in white to win and that the blue team were bad guys. I think by then end I had him convinced that the blue team were the good guys because they wear white sometimes too. That was stressful.

Just giving this a bump for anyone with pregame jitters. It will settle your nerves

Can you upload from DVR to youtube with a smart tv? if so i have the VCU game at the end of the season, The A10 championship game and both NCAA tourney games on my DVR.

Nope.

A ridiculous idea, but you could live record a Youtube stream from a laptop and zoom the TV to make it as watchable as possible (have to make an account to ensure the upload saves). It would not be great quality, but I would LOVE to see the Creighton game again (I'm sure all of us would). That way at least we have it! I can't find it anywhere, even through torrents.
