Holy Cow!
That was GREAT!
Dowtin a 46% FT shooter goes 10-10!
He was terrific. I'm a believer.
So was Iverson, and all the starters.
We only got 4 bench points, but
today, it wasn't needed.
28-31 on free throws.
Superb defense all day long.
Patten basically a non factor.
WOW! WOW! WOW!
I'd better calm down, before I need
the ambulance to take me back
to RI Hospital.
Oregon will be tougher, but anything's possible!

I guess the difference was that Creighton being in the soft Big East wasn't used to playing an elite A-10 defensive team. After seeing the Bluejays, I can't understand how a team could get knocked out of a tournament by them.

57, yes we could have played a little better, but who cares right now?

Creighton tried the hack-a ram strategy to try and catch up at the end....but it didn't work.

Oregon had a field day against Iona who doesn't play defense....they are in for a shock Sunday.

Hassan dominated that kid! Terrell was stout the whole game. EC was solid and hit his FTs Kuran played almost the whole game and was very good. Dowtin was insanely good today

This team is actually playing better than we expected at the start of the season. There's something there....the IT factor has kicked in.
They also don't look like a team that is ready to end their season.
I just don't think they're done. What a turnaround
