Well, they finally did it. They beat a good team in what became a close game. They played so hard it would have been a sin if they lost.
Definitely playing the best ball of the season.
Jarvis was so big with those free throws.
ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY no excuse not to run the table next week.

Dan played a zone, we hit our free throws down the stretch,
AND we held onto the lead!
Best of all, a great crowd didn't go home disappointed.
Huge games from my three favorites on this team,
Hassan, Terrell and Garrett.
Hassan17 points 17 rebounds, Terrell,20-10,
and Jarvis, clutch 12-12 at the line.
Real foul fest.
Wonder when the refs will get the message that people
don't pay to see them take over a game?
55 fouls called. Ridiculous.
VCU only got 29 points from their starters!
Alie-Cox and Tillman were non factors.
Best A-10 win in a long time.

Wow I didn't even realize Terrell had 10 rebounds. We need the Terrell from the last 2 games more often!

Just when I think I'm out, they pull me back in.

KI and Terrell get the game balls today. They both played monster games and gave everything they had keeping us in the game in the 1st half.

Their uniforms were noticeably darker than the others

This team's identity has been murky all season, but it's clear - Terrell and Hassan are the alphas. Everyone else has to play their role.
Finally a good win in February.
When they called timeout at 51-38 not sure I have heard the Ryan Center that loud in a long, long time.

He only scored (I think) from the line. But, wow. What clutch free throws. Wonder how the game would have gone if he missed most of them.

JG money. Super impressive.12-12 that's playground foul shooting!

Wade determined to stop Terrell and he willed himself to a great game.

Well scouted, coached and played game.

I would submit best overall effort in the Hurley era. VCU is big, strong and has an elite HC.

This is the team I expected.

Four games off the 25-5 I expected and finally seized an opportunity presented.

Oh and Martin?
