Once again for the second straight game, Iverson has played smart and done well. He currently has 0 turnovers. URI only has 2 as a team as of this moment.
Rhody is looking like a TEAM again today. Hopefully this trend continues.

But it's ok to be happy that we did what we were supposed to do and beat a bad team. Plus any blowout on the road in conference is a good thing.

Strong performance overall - on the road
Starting 5 had only 1 Turnover and 10 Assists. Excellent ball movement.
Nice to see EC with the touch at the FT line to go a perfect 8-8.
Good confidence builder with Richmond next on the road.
Strong rebounding by HM, KI and CY.

Nice win over a lesser team.
This is what should happen in these types of games.
Martin was a beast in the 2nd half, and Iverson double-doubled,
and was very good.
One question strands out to me.
Why did Terrell only take 4 shots, and Dowtin took
twice as many?
I've noticed a few games where Terrell just doesn't look for his
offense.
It's OK in a game like today's, but you'll need him
to score against better competition.
On to Richmond for a sterner test.

In three of the last four games, Terrell scoring has been in single digits, well below his scoring average. Also he has been tentative at FT line of late compared to earlier. What gives??

Team looked good. Ive always felt Jared floats/watches too much.

Team seemed to really benefit from the time off.

I felt like Hurley really coached today early. Not that he doesn't always coach, but between the first half of this game and the first half of that Lasalle game, there was a noticeable difference in Dan.

Really excited to see some of our front court guys match up with Cline.

I wouldn't mind seeing my avatar occur again down in Richmond.

Great back to back games for EC. Closest he has looked to 100% all season. That spin move to his right hand is pretty much the same move he tore his ACL on.

The most impressive stat that we will have this season is Kuran finishing a game with 0 fouls.

We could go 30-30 from the free throw line and it wouldn't surprise me as much as him not getting one foul.

Need him to play with this consistency rest of the season.

Great great game.

They did what they usually do against crap teams...beat them soundly. This game would only have been a story if it was close, or even worse they lost. Lets see them do this, or even beat a decent team...that's how we are going to do the "hard" thing of making the NCAA tourney.

I'm done getting excited about crushing cupcakes. Some teams are known as giant killers...we should be called the Cupcake Killers.

Hassan ended up only playing 10 minutes and was the games high scorer with 20...very impressive and efficient for Hassan...but he needs to stay out of foul trouble, since things will not usually turn out this way.

Free throws were 18 out of 25 (72%) in the 2nd half which is very respectable. Feeling pretty good going into Richmond on Wednesday. If Hass and Iverson play at today's level we have a great chance of winning. If Hass stays out of foul trouble he should have another big game if we can get him the ball down low on offense.
We need to keep ShawnDre Jones under control. I am not sure our guards are quick enough to do so. JG shut him out last year so he will be looking for some serious revenge.

Those are some sick numbers for Hassan. 20 points and 7 rebounds in TEN MINUTES! Project that to his normal 25 minutes and that's 50 and 17. It's so good to see him getting his health back. Now just watch those fouls. Dan pointed out to him about using his arm to fend off. Refs are making a point to call that now. I thought that was one of Iverson's best games as a Ram. And maybe it's just me, but I love the way Thompson plays.

Such a pleasure watching us kick ass.
If Hass plays a full normal game we could've won that by 50.
Imposed our will big time. Very easy. Most teams have struggled a little bit against them in league games. Duquesne was playing hard and we beat them no sweat.
We bring that effort and smart play we will be kicking more asses, enough ass to get us to the promise land....Ready to kick ass some more.

I would love to see us get TJ Cline in foul trouble early....he creates a matchup problem for us because he can take it outside and make 3's.....

If Hass and KI can stay out of foul trouble, we should have our way with them inside, just like today.

That and defend their 3 pt. shooters like Dayton did, and this is a win.

You are not as bad as you look when you lose or as good as you look when you win. Let's not pound our chests when we beat up on a cupcake or jump off a cliff when we lose to a good team. It will be interesting to see whether we show up against a better conference opponent on the road. Until that happens we are a mediocre team.

HM's lack of discipline on defense is troubling.
EC is returning to form.
JT is a team player who doesn't need to score to feed his ego and he isn't forcing his offense.
JD and CL get better with each game.
KI has played well recently. I hope he can perform well against more physical opponents. The fact that even weak teams are taking it to us inside is a concern. KI's lack of physicality may be a reason for his low number of fouls and HM's high number. Athletically, he has talent.

Richmond is a team we have done very well against under Hurley.
Lost a very close one to them with our very undermanned team in Dan's first year.
We dispatched them in EC and Hass's freshman year, where they had that top 10 play.
EC and Hass ate them up in their sophomore year. We really controlled that game and won soundly.
Last year we torched their zone and won easily. I remember Jarvis really nailing threes in that one. Poor guy.
I don't want to get too overconfident, but we really seem to be a mismatch for them with the way we play. Hass and Kuran should really dominate down low. Including Langevine, he may continue to miss layups, but I'd be surprised if he didn't rip down any rebound around and draw some fouls.
EC is looking like the old EC right now, hope our guys stay aggressive and impose their athleticism and strength in this one.

A road win in the A-10 is always good. Nice play by our young men and well coached by Hurley. Might need to put in a tad extra work on away game 3pt shooting pregame or walkthrough.

9-3 is quite doable

10-2 and no one on this board would need Viagra anymore.

Big crowd of 1,700 on hand for a weekend afternoon game with good weather. It was the 2nd (Dayton drew 3132) most attended game of the season for the Dukes (six of their home games had less than 1k). The geniuses at the A-10 must be thrilled with the great support that Duquesne gets with its average of 1,185 through its first thirteen games as it chose to site the 2017 tournament directly across the street from its campus. After all, Duquesne's year to date total home attendance of 15,404 could nearly fill 3/4 of the seats for one session of the tournament.

The drive from Olean, NY to Pittsburgh via the quickest route is 220 miles taking 3.25 hours. Perhaps more Bonnies fans than usual will show given it is a shorter distance from the school than most years. Let it be known however that the town of Olean has a population of just 14,452 and the towns around it are even smaller. While some Bonnies fans claim Buffalo as its market, it is worth noting that city is a 75 mile 1.5 hour drive from Olean.
