Gameday! Coming off that Valpo game there is only one place to go, UP. The boys came out to play against Cincy and that was a similar length drive. They know how to get up for this game that now has even more implications. TBH I wouldn't be surprised if seniors like Has are more up for this one than Duke knowing this is the biggest rivalry in the state and he has yet to win it once in his career.

So pumped up for this game. Just saw a picture of the friar mascot and the hate came flowing in. How is that even their mascot? Its got to be the creepiest mascot in the NCAA.

That mascot is the creepiest thing in sports...not just the NCAA.
The Richmond Spider is less creepy...that friar is "crevil"-looking (creepy + evil)....

Enough!! Many years ago I rooted for the Brooklyn Dodgers and sadly their motto was "wait until next year". Well for Providence it seems to be "every year is next year". I'm tired of this crap. So today, I'm wearing my Elite 8, we believe shirt under my ram sweatshirt. My wife many years ago made a quilt by taking 25 of my ram tee shirts. I took the quilt and gave the finger to my favorite shirt " friends don't let friends go to providence college." Take it to them and bring back an Effin victory.

The line is now up to -3.5 for URI, I usually never bet against URI, but its awfully tempting here, I know there is a formula for the betting line, but the eye test alone tells me there is money to be made here.

The dump makes one appreciate the Ryan Center so much more. It's never been a good place to watch basketball. Poor seating design.
