Just when the world, sporting and otherwise, seems to be spinning too fast, along comes college basketball to add to the mix.
It’s understandable if you’re not ready to focus on college hoops just yet. It’s not easy to see Thanksgiving right now, let alone March. You’re head is foggy after a week where politics and the wackiest, most unpredictable, exciting/frightening election night left you numb.
You can’t understand how Bill Belichick would ever be Donald Trump’s pen pal. The thought of Tom Brady tossing footballs on the White House lawn with Barron Trump makes you gag. The idea of The Donald polishing his handicap (he’s currently a 2.8) at golf courses around the world at taxpayer’s expense has you steamed.
We doubt it, but maybe a look ahead to college basketball can calm your nerves. We have our very own Top 25 ranked team down in Kingston. The Rams open this much-anticipated season Friday night at the Ryan Center against Dartmouth.
