Not thrilled about a crappy day of work ahead, but the reward of #19 Dayton in Kingston on a Friday night will make me feel better. I just want to walk out of the Ryan Center feeling as good as I did (or better) when I walk in.

You'll get through it, just keep rooting for the clock! Had to miss a home game once for business travel...THAT was crappy. Since then, have taken the proactive step of taking days off for all home games and the A10 tournament. Really looking forward to seeing how JT'/JG's new and improved games play out tonight. And...if 4 can make a shot and...if Hassan can get 10 minutes in without a foul and...if Earl can make a layup and....if I can somehow score one of those t-shirts....

I don't want Dayton to win out....they can win out against teams that have no shot at an at-large bid.....they should lose on the road to teams like St Joes, Bonnies, VCU and GW...and beat those teams at home....as should all those teams...they should all split with the teams with a chance at an at-large and win out against all the lesser lights.....then URI should win the auto bid....

So this game probably won't sell out? I'm trying to get out of work early but even then I'll be lucky to get to there by 7 so I'd hate to get to the Ryan Center and not be able to get in.

The downside to living/working out of market is that I can't get to every game, but the upside is when I do get to go I need to take a half day at work. So I'm pretty thrilled about hitting the road in about 3 short hours. Heading straight for the Chophouse.

The tops of the 300 sections probably aren't sold. They will only appear green if and when the better seats are sold. I'm guessing there are about 2000 seats left. That does not include the student sections, although I would expect them to be full. Hopefully there's a lot of overflow of students to fill some of the other seats.

All those seats at the top of the 300 sections that are gray are not sold. They try to sell seats closer to the court first. That's probably at least 1000 more.

If it is apparent close to game time that they will not be able to sell the remaining tickets, they should waive the student allotment cap and allow more students in if there are any waiting in line.

Someone (Blackburn) in the A-10 orbit not associated with URI actually insinuating that a St. Joe's player (Miles) intentionally elbowed a Rhody player (Iverson)? Isn't that heresy in this league and punishable by death? Will the A-10 Office be all over this guy?

Not sure how its calculated, but according to KenPom we are one of the unluckiest teams in the country (ranked 345 out of 351 teams). Hopefully we can change that tonight.

Didnt't even need KenPom to know that.

Something about Four coming off a big game, Kuran coming back, and Hurley slowly getting back on the Ref's god side give me a good feeling about tonight. I'll be in my usual position in student section 109 hollering.
