A10 Conference Schedule - Record Guess?

Dan has coached with two hands tied behind his back here in the past. They lost a ton of close games those first two years. We still lose close ones.

BUT for all our groaning Dan does adjust strategy to his roster and try to give them the best chance to win. Anytime they draw up a play for a shot it is usually wide open. Personally I think they rarely go in. I know one good game from Four and people are FourLOKO. .

I think the team we have is big. Its best when big. Berry doesn't have to be a #1 big guy. He just has to camp out on the opposite part of the basket and let the rebounds fall to him. Earl is also good at this. Put Earl and Berry in that backside of the rim role. Let Kuran and Hassan and Akele be play makers on the front side. Then let them show havoc on the defensive side bc I think they are all good defenders except Berry.But Hassan is a phenomenal defender so maybe he covers that up.

Hopefully the guards come around and not continue lines that look like 10-40 FG%.(Guess ball park).

Dan gets it. They have worked all 3 freshmen in the game. They have figured other guys out. Only enigma left for URI hoops is the injury bug and Jarvis/Jared's lack of offensive ability. Even if both of those don't get worse then URI will be fine. You have to figure that at least one of them will step up.

But hopefully...they won't need to rely on just 7 players every game.
A comeback like that should help with confidence all around.

I'll go 9-9 because I'm not sure when both Hass and KI will get back (my guess closer to Feb than Jan) and although Jan has the easier schedule a 7 man rotation when the games are closer together will wear on this very young team. But I love the heart that this team has (just not the shooting). And they'll need all the heart they have - hope Dan can keep that going inside of them amid the losses.

I would think even with EC our ceiling was 14-4 just because we do have a tough schedule this season...Depends on Hass being healthy. Without him I'd say 8-10. Since he should be back by St. Joes I think they could switch that around and go 10-8 maybe steal one and go 11-7. We have not looked good on the road and we have a lot of tough road games. If Garrett and Terrell keep playing this bad on offense we aren't going to win many. I have faith in them though.

Also these next 3 games will be big. Richmond will be tough in itself, but @St. Joes and way out west against an improved Bonnies team, Geesh

I don't know if the Bonnies are much improved, they're just as mediocre as usual. I don't think Davidson is all that good either. They cannot handle a team with athletes. Although, Gibbs is the best guard in the league, we slow him we beat them.
We'd be on cloud 9 if we beat Richmond and St Joes. Our RPI might skyrocket a bit as well.
It'll be huge for us if we can sweep our easier double games against La Salle, Fordham and DUMBass. Fordham seems to be pretty good at this point, looks like they've hired the right guy.

The time cannot likely be changed due to tv. The Patriots game start time is 4:35pm that day. Ram fans will probably miss part of the first half as they will just be leaving the Ryan Center.

True, but with the way NFL games are paced now, there's probably a good chance they'll miss none of the game, depending on whether they listen on the radio and how close they are to home / if they just go to a bar.

I'm a cord cutter, so this is one of those times it comes back to bite me. And my friends don't like me enough to wait for me to get back and I don't blame them.
