Posted in the Media Day topic as well. It's practically a 20 minute love fest to the Rams. I thought Martelli's comments, among others, were good. I know it's a sensitive subject for some of you, so just disregard that one brief comment from Lonergan.

Really enjoyed this. I know media day is a time to pump up everything and anything A10, and there's lots of that going around, but you can hear the other head coaches' true respect for what Dan has done in his brief time here.

I enjoyed listening to Four. Interesting to get a player's perspective on EC's injury and the tough loss on Tuesday. Four has a really important role on this team. Hopefully they can benefit from his experience.

Four is very thoughtful and a good interview. I hope he gets on some post game shows and weekly coach's shows since that would indicate he's having a strong impact on the team.
