Dan loves these guys. It must be such a relief to just work on basketball stuff without any of the other personnel challenges that he's faced since he arrived.

JT! If they consider anything other than offense he should be a shoe in for the all rookie team. He plays defense as good as any in this league. And maybe the country.

This got me to thinking that we should be very well represented on the all-defensive team. Jared could be one of them.

I know. I admit I haven't studied all the PGs defensively in the league. Obviously Weber was the best. But I can't imagine any of the other ones being better than Jarvis. I love watching him play defense. Always pressuring, being a pest stabbing at the ball and he moves his feet so well. He and Terrell are going to be a great defensive tandem in the backcourt in this league. They already are.

Little Anthony at Richmond is pretty good.
Maybe Jarvis can mess him up Sunday?

That will be a tough matchup for Jarvis. X's combination of quickness and height really bothered Anthony last year. Jarvis won't have that advantage, Anthony is a senior, elevates well on his jumper and is a jet. Would be very impressive if Jarvis was able to contain him.

Seriously?! Dan, Danny, even Daniel. Definitely not Bobby.

"Not bad. Terrell isn't even one of the clear-cut best freshmen in the A-10 ... yet. But maybe February becomes his month. If he plays this well, Bobby Hurley's team will be in the NCAAs. No doubt. When you help your team stay afloat near the top of a league race, shoot it well and contribute in myriad ways, you'll always get a good look for FOTW."

Let's not forget that the 2nd half of the league schedule is more difficult. Also, we don't know the status of EC's foot and Gil's knee. Maybe the coaches show will provide some info on the injuries.
