The guard is scheduled to announce later this afternoon, reportedly between St. John's and Seton Hall. Rumors are already out that he'll pick Seton Hall and that his coach will be given a job on staff. Just rumors at this point... And yes, I know such moves have happened before, but it's always shady.

Whitehead chooses the Pirates, rumors say that his coach will join Seton Hall as an assistant next year.

They already got Angel Delgado, allegedly connected to the hiring of Oliver Antigua as an assistant
coach.

Add Fred Hill-Jaren Sina, too.

Willard isn't doing much to better his reputation as a recruiter, but he's probably saving his job. If you're someone who is bound and determined to believe that Hurley is headed to coach in NJ as soon as something opens up (but don't be that person), this is relevant information.

Thanks, Ace, for helping everyone understand this situation and reinforce the idea that Dan will NOT jump to the next open NJ job.

I love that the NCAA restricts college coaches watching basketball players practice but package deals are still allowed.

Danny Manning and his father being hired by Kansas, jumps to mind.
SH better have a giant staff, if this is how they conduct business.
I'm not so sure as some, that Dan's SH memories are all so wonderful.
