Russel Wilson has the best defense in the NFL, to keep him on the field.
On the other hand, Andrew Luck is doing it with smoke and mirrors.
Love to see Luck on Seattle with their defense and running game.

Luck is a superstar in the making, in the right situation. Always thought so.

Don't sell Wilson short. He has a certain charisma about him. The team is much better since he arrived and it's not just the defense. He's a top 10 QB in my opinion. Luck is too.

No, Wilson is very good, and a good leader. I remember him playing his one
year at Wisconsin, and he was top notch.
I just think Luck has a bigger upside, but is playing with inferior talent than Wilson.

Wilson was just recently chosen in the Rule 5 draft for MLB as well. Impressive athlete. Many say he could easily be an MLB player if he wanted to.

Luck did go first overall, and he would have gone first overall his junior year. I don't think people are surprised by his success, whereas with Wilson, he's got a better story surrounding him - natural leader, third round pick, Seattle wasn't expected to be great this quickly, etc. Whereas with Luck, I think he was seen in the same light as Peyton Manning when he came out, or Carson Palmer before he got injured - Obvious first overall picks who were going to succeed, and then they did.
