Texans release Ed Reed
Texans release Ed Reed
If I was a betting man, I would say he is a Patriot by the end of the week.

Pats might not shell out the money for him, although they should because of their lack of depth in that position right now.

Re: Texans release Ed Reed
It's not like Houston is a good team, and he's looked pretty washed-up for them. I imagine some team will pick him up for this year, and his Veteran Grittiness, but like Ray Lewis his future beyond this year seems to be in a broadcast booth somewhere.

Ed Reed is a shell of what he once was. He looks 50 years old in pics and has lost a step or two to say the least. I'm not too broken up that the Pats didn't snag him.

He got picked on every time he stepped on the field yesterday. He looked to be about 70 years old.SmartyBarrett wrote:Ed Reed is a shell of what he once was. He looks 50 years old in pics and has lost a step or two to say the least. I'm not too broken up that the Pats didn't snag him.
