State of CT and UConn had been living in a Fantasy world, spend Billions extra at UConn in last 27 years.

UConn and other state schools greatly benefited from the CT casinos before they had competition. Those days are now in the past. CT's economy is not doing well and the state is having severe budget issues. It is becoming more like RI in many respects.
