Facility Upgrades on Campus

Off-topic, but did they begin renovating the Roger Williams Dining Hall into the new Fitness & Wellness center? I remember it being talked about before I graduated in 2009, but haven't heard much since.

When I drove on Lower College Rd a week or two ago, RoJo was gutted so sure seems they're underway in this specific transformation.
