Now that we have a new, legit message board, we need to get a legit web address.

I'm torn between those two. I like how other schools have cool names like blackburn report and rhodyfaithful makes sense, as does rhodyhoops

I personally HATE faithful, unless it's Marianne Faithful back when.
Sounds like a church website.
Rhodyhoops has been associated with a lot of mediocre message boards from the 90's.
Someone had this on the old board....EternalRamNation.

Rhody Faithful or Rhody Nation makes the most sense to me, just because theoretically, something besides basketball could be good enough someday to attract a decent amount of posters. While it definitely seems unlikely now, I've been a participant in other online message boards where they sort of grow and mutate beyond their original purposes.

Rhodyhoops was the name of the website I had way back in 95 and 96. A buddy of mine was living in London at the time and we set it up so he could get info on what was going on with the team. I would post a recap of PC and URI games.

This is kind of off-the-wall, but what about a take-off of "The Firehouse Gang" .... the nickname that Keaney's squads had back in the '40s. Firehouse.com and Firehousegang.com is already taken, but you could have something like firehousebball.com (available).
If you think it's too corny, I understand. But my thought is incorporating something unique to URI basketball history in the domain name.

I like the unique names eg something to do with Keany, but I think making it easily available to the entire bb world should be our goal.
That is the reason that I like Rhody nation. Overused, Yes How many big name programs use XXXXNation?
