Sorry about that, apparently the phpBB 3 software doesn't automatically disable DST. I have disabled it for the board, so if you still see the wrong time, you may have DST enabled in your personal User Control Panel settings which override the board's default setting.

Yeah, the embedding of twitter and other links with previews is really nice, since we do that all day here.
