Heck, it would probably mean a bunch of tax benefits for them, since they're not getting paid. When I was doing some unpaid work for a local high school, I was able to deduct some of it from my taxes, which was nice.ramfan85 wrote:Wait until the IRS learns of these new "employees." lol

Can they apply for an earned income credit? How would there income be calculated? If the value of the tuition is considered income the opposite might be true and a player who works a minimal amount during the year who is otherwise eligible for an earned income credit would lose that.
