I know this has come up in past-but how much has state funding dropped at URI and other New England state schools? Since say last 25 years.
I am told only 9% of budget comes from state? How about nationally? Anyone know?

Is the decrease in % or overall dollars?

who can give good,fair summary?
I do not live in RI,so appreciate it.

Not sure but my recollection is that the State's funding is about 40th in the country which is really quite WEAK.
