Hi guys,

Just wanted to clarify that he does not have a contract with the Ravens at this point. He has been invited to a tryout at their rookie mini-camp this weekend, but has not officially been picked up. Hopefully it goes well and there will be good news to report after the weekend.

Ahh I see. Well if there's anybody that could make it past a tryout, it's him.
I'm a little surprised he wasn't picked up by anybody as a free agent. His stats are great and his pro day times were good. Small school and fairly small for a linebacker did him in I guess.

The fact that Bose earned a contract coming out of rookie mini-camp makes me think that he'll be able to catch on somewhere else.

Yeah, Although he may have to tag along with another team and tryout again. And all the other rookie mini camps have begun already. So in a sense them cutting him so late really screwed him in that regard.
They also may re-sign him later on.
I think he's good enough to make a team! Get him in a training camp!

There is no better team than the Ravens when it comes to identifying unknown and unheralded players. Ozzie Newsome is the best.

If Newsome signed him, I'd bet he remains on his rader and resurfaces in the Ravens future.

For those who don't want to click - Bose was in that round of cuts on Sept. 4. Ravens had to make 17 more after that, so it sounds like he's probably not in the running for a practice squad spot or anything.

He didn't even record a tackle in the entire preseason.
Which is surprising to me actually. Saw him play a little bit, didn't really get a chance to make a play. But he didn't have much of a chance to get on the active roster, but didn't do enough to get on the practice squad.
