URI will soon have the worst High School football facilities in the State, oh, I forgot URI is a University, I take that back.

Pretty much every city and town is pushing for artificial turf, since it's a far cry from the stuff with rock hard cement under it from the 1970s and 1980s. But, it sometimes takes a bit of education to get across the maintenance fact, that it's cheaper even though it's not natural.
