It will be interesting to see if UMass has improved much from last season, and how many people will be in attendance in Foxboro for the Maine Game.

OBRAM-good point,their schedule is brutal. I got them 1-3 to start. Maybe win 3 games in MAC.
If win 4 games it will be a great year (relatively speaking).

Yes, Vandy, and K-state also. If Umass turns it around people will become interested, and it could come at a time just when the Patriots are down, and people will go out to see a competitive UMass at Gillette against National opponents.

UMass might reach a point where it could occasionally draw well for a big time opponent provided UMass was having a good year. The majority of Gillette games however will be MAC teams and they will never attract large crowds. By the time UMass was on solid footing at the FBS level, it very well may be back to playing mot games in Amherst in a slightly enhanced McGuirk.
