Re: $42 million Meade Stadium Replacement

Just because things were one way in the past doesn’t mean it has to stay that way. Don’t blame others for your situation, make it happen if you want it. Just because others failed doesn’t mean you will, there are lessons that can be learned from their experiences. It may not be feasible but I’d like...

Re: $42 million Meade Stadium Replacement

If this was 5 years ago I would say that is a solid plan but still would like capacity to be closer to 10k with the ability to expand to 15k. But now with the seismic shift in the athletic landscape it seems it’s go big…meaning FBS, or go home. I would hope we have visionaries in the athletic depart...

On the bright side for those ride or die fans, you won’t have any need to get season tickets and you’ll be able to sit wherever you want.

I love Rhody basketball, but if the powers that be let it just slip away into irrelevance then I will not support that.

Ideally the A10 would get 3 NCAA bids and a few NIT to justify the investments those teams have made. Re: 2023-24 Schedule (top post is current)

If you want NCAAT appearances, you've come to the wrong Conference. In the A-10, only 1 out of 15 goes to the NCAA. If that becomes the norm, the RC will be paying people to come. That’s my sentiment exactly. If 1 bid becomes the norm and not an outlier and we are not the perennial 1 team, then we ...

If FBS is even remotely possible we need seating capacity of at least 15,000. So I guess we will know based on the size of the new stands. It took about 4 years to raise $8m and we have significant inflation; at this rate it will take 10 years to raise $20m and by that time the project will cost $30m! And given today’s reality I would prefer they put that money into NIL. I’m sure players would overlook those missing items for $150k/yr.
