Re: '22 PF Josh Rivera (Lafeyette ---> Fordham) (URI visit)
That’s the thing though, at the end of the day I’m a diehard Rhody fan. I want nothing more than for Austin to sign a big time recruit today and make my takes look terrible. I hope Austin absolutely kills it this cycle and makes me look like a clown. Nothing would make me happier. But until then, I ...

Re: Assistants under Coach Miller 2022-23
Austin has been here four years and his URI bio lists zero recruits he can be credited for. Sorry but I can give that same level of production for the same salary.

Then I hold Archie Miller 100% responsible for that. He is allowing wage theft in public sight. Fire them both! Now! It's absurd to continue this fraud. Austin adds nothing. Really disappointed. The odds of us backing off with all of our needs is very, very small. We expected more from Archie and staff, so far their recruiting/transfer results have been a total...

Wow losing recruiting battles to Fordham? I’m an Archie guy for better or worse but if he’s visiting campus we can’t be losing these battles to fucking Fordham.
Rivera won’t make or break the Archie era but the cumulative effect of losing battles like this may be his downfall.

I'll be interested to see where Hutchinson lands and how his collegiate career goes. Ryan Brooks was a classic case of a guy that looks the part but couldn't play, is Lou the 3 version of that? Memphis is a team that is consistently loaded with talent that is under performing expectations. I would expect Memphis to be a 20 win squad, as they always are under Penny, but likely to fade when the going gets tough. I still believe CBB is going to a GM type setup. The players are brought in by executives, and the coach deals with them. If the coach can't they get fired. LSU Football moved Brian Polian into a GM type role to oversee the portal. I think this is a position we will see pop up more in CFB and then ...
