It would be odd if he only made one visit during that period. But I would be surprised if he doesn't visit UAB, which has been recruiting him the longest.

This looks like a great get to me. A kid who can play the 2 and 3, which is what they're looking for. The staff can work with him and break him into the rotation gradually. Will be interesting to see what happens.

I agree with Adam. I have not given up on the possibility that Gil could be one of he best forwards in the league. To lump him in with JR, Biggie and Iffy like PK did is unfair.

I think Marquette beats Xavier in BE tournament. I think PC-St. John's is a toss-up. Things could get interesting.
I don't see Dayton losing to either GM or Fordham, but not sure how many W's they will need.

Thanks Twisted. I looked for such a list and couldn't find it.
Anyway, that pretty much settles it. He has as many as Severe and Jenkins combined, and most of them came in A10 play.

Concession service needs to improve too. I don't blame the students -- they need someone who supervises them and makes sure things are running smoothly. I gave up and left the line during the last game.

We could really use both. How do we make up 17 PPG? A cynic would say it will come from everyone who didn't get the ball because X was shooting too much...I'm not in that camp. Whatever the solution, please do something. Right now, it's embarrassing.
This doesn't seem to be a problem with cheerleaders and Ramettes. They seem to care enough to show up. Why can't we get that buy-in from the band?

If EC was volume scoring on an abysmal team I could see the point in that argument, i.e. Severe if he continued to put up points at a low efficiency number. That was how that kid from Fordham, Gaston, won it the year he did. The only guy on a god awful team. But we know that is not the case with EC...

No one in the A-10 this year averaged 12 points and 9 rebounds. Three players came close: Armwood (GW), 12.2 and 8.8; Reddic (VCU), 12.7 and 8.4 and LaLanne (UMass), 12 and 8.1.
So if you're saying that Iffy will play at that level as a senior, boy I would take that.

Ten students made up the pep band. That's embarrassing for a school the size of URI. PC's band probably has 30 or more.
I mentioned it to THorr once and he said there wasn't anything he could because that was a different dept.
