Absolutely. You turn it on when you want it, don't when you don't want it, and delete it when you absolutely don't want it. No different than any other program you'd use on your computer, just runs in the background.

Install a VPN program (I use Hotspot Shield), which re-routes your IP address, or something like that, and allows you to bypass the blackout. I am watching the A-10 stream right now with this fix.
