Sitting next to a bunch of PC middle-aged fans, all game long they got up to get beers, and then spill their beer all over so everyone's jackets get soaked. They must have thought they were at the Dunk.

We had a better CAA record than Delaware. So if Delaware's in-conference losses don't matter, our losses to W&M and UNH by one play should not matter. If you are going to pick 5 from the CAA you pick us.
I think the fact that Delaware will get 16,000 fans was the deciding factor.

I like when the State spends money on URI facilities, but I think this Bonding process is flawed. Rates have shot up, and the total cost is going up very fast. The State Budget in 20 years has gone from $3 Billion to $13 Billion. Where is all this money going? How much State bonding is still being p...

Re: Toll Gantries

I heard this on one of the talk radios this week.
The reason RI can put up tolls on highways funded mostly by Federal money is that the Fed allows tolls on bridges.
The RI tolls are including highway overpasses as bridges, for me a stretch.

Is this true?

My personal feeling is that the State will be in a very bad financial area soon like it was in January 2020 before the Feds started dumping money everywhere. If they have to pay back the tolls that will be a $100 million hit. Just think if Eloza put $1 billion of borrowed money into the stock market...
