I took this as their starting point or initial condition for next season...every team has to have a starting value that will then evolve as data is added. Though I don't know what they used to arrive at these numbers. You know what they say...there are lies, damned lies and statistics.

The designation of Mid-Major would be more accurate and meaningful if they (not this site) actually didn't lump pretty much every conference/team that is not BCS or New BE in it. To me, if they insist on this terminology, the non BCS/New BE conferences and teams that are in the Top 10-12 conferences...

They have known for 2 years that their starting front court was graduating this season, and early on in practice they knew what they had in last years big men recruits...and then we had the type of season Hurley had been promising for 4 years...and the best they could do was a guy who would be a goo...

Really, the staff just wanted a big who can defend and rebound? They didn't want a guy who can score too? When I see things like that I just think they are lowering expectations because they aren't getting the job done and they have resigned themselves to the fact that is the best they can hope for ...

I saw the last 3-5min and he was playing...not surprised by the 1-9 from three he took 3-4 of them from way out near the end and none were close.

Duquesne actually left the A10, I believe in the early 90's for 1-2 seasons and then we let them back in! I thought that was a bad move then and nothing has changed.

Not sure how you can say they are shooting for top level coaches right now if you are including Cooley and not Dan, Dan has won as many NCAA games as Cooley and has a better winning percentage in the tourney
