To clarify, in the video above, Bilas never said that Xavier was a lock. And Bilas even hedges his comments about Xavier at the beginning of the video: Xavier will have an uneasy Selection Sunday because of their rpi. And he was right: Xavier did not make the field.

How about this, how about you folks list the schools with better attendance AND better results than Iona that the A10 could realistically add. Murray State is #1 on my list, and even with them, football might prevent them from joining the A10.

Siena has clearly done worse than Iona.

I still do. I would gladly take them over Fordham, Duquesne, or LaSalle. But at least Duquesne is showing signs of life with Dambrot. And LaSalle may be on the right track now with hc Howard. Fordham needs to find a new league.

And I still do not understand not pressing or trapping in the 2nd half either, they just gave up, they made no effort to turn up the defensive intensity and try to turn defense into offense and actually try to win the game...I was just not impressed with the 2nd half coaching.

Bingo. And it wasnt just the 2nd half. Cyril spent way to much time out top in the 1st as well. It appeared as if it was by design and i just simply dont understand that. Per Kenpom, Cyril has literally shot just two 3-pointers all season, he made 1 of those 2, he is not a perimeter shooting threat...
