83, that's an excellent point. I don't think 425K total pool is enough to do that. That's the only issue I have with all of this right now. We need to attract and keep quality assistants. I had not realized that Joe Dooley was previously the head coach at East Carolina. I had thought FGCU was his first head job. Dooley coached four seasons at ECU from 1995/96 to 1998/99 going 57-52.
