Re: The Transfer Carousel -2021
Next year, we could really see games where 18 year olds are going up against guys who are 25. It’s going to be wild. The average age of our team next year has to be close to 22. I said it when all the transfers came in that this last year if we made a run would be gravy, next year is what this buil...

I like the signing, with the caveat that he seems like the kind of player that'll drive us mad sometimes, haha. Yes, his FT percentage was 88 percent last year - but his career mark is 77.8, because he shot 72.5 and 60.0 his first two years. Likewise, his 3-point percentage overall is 35.5, but the...

Fatts wasn't a good shooter when he was healthy. Might have won a couple, maybe 3 more, tops. Not a significant difference. I think a spread, open system would work best for Fatts. By having a traditional post player clogs the middle and limited Fatts paint touches. We played way to much pick and roll with Fatts. Still think Cox needs a point guard. I think Shep is a great 2G. I think he's fine at the 1 or 2, as long as the other guard(s) can shoot. 4 minutes is an eternity in a college basketball game, way to soon to run clock with a 10ish point lead. Start killing clock under 2:30 with a 10 point lead and you probably win.
