What employer tells their employees to go shop around each year for a better deal? Come on people…allow them to portal and welcome them back if they can’t find a better situation…ridiculous. You can’t hold open multiple spots for kids who may come back or try and hold you up to match a better offer....

I donate as well, to my school. The school that has been there over 100 years and I received my degree from. A non profit institution. I know I am on a high horse here and I can choose to remain there or just shrug my shoulders and say it is what it is and donate. I may choose to do so in the future...

I agree with the premise that those who profit off the sport should be the ones who pay. Not add to the cost for the fans.

Coaches that were giving testimony this week said that players and families don’t care anymore about what your plans are for developing them and the family atmosphere etc…all they want to know is how much are you going to pay them.

Understandably the players want a piece of the pie, but instead of giving it to them they are pushing the problem onto the fans…I call BS. Fix your house, that’s not my job.

Not only were they not talented enough, but they quit on him/tuned him out too. The only thing that could have been worse was a major off court issue. It was not a 3 game improvement…it was 2. The D2 game doesn’t count. And it was only 1 game in the A10. So basically no improvement.

I couldn’t read all the posts, but can you imagine we lost at home to a sub .500 team that didn’t even have any point guards available and playing for about the last 5 minutes and they out executed us.

Who on this team seems to play the defense Archie is asking for? This team has talent on the offensive side, but they just either are not athletic/quick enough, interested in trying or just not getting the defensive concepts. You really think it will all of a sudden click for them next year?

You can’t pay Archie almost $6m (for 3 seasons) to be about .500 in the 3rd year, so we need a BIG improvement next season.

Tell me about the cost, I currently have 2 kids in college. Scholarships have real value. High value that lasts a lifetime once you have a degree, especially for free and you don’t start out with any debt.
