I don't get why Oklahoma, Michigan State and especially Colorado are supposedly safe. It's like they can't make up their mind what they value more. Metrics or quality wins? Colorado has one win over a clear cut tournament team in Wazoo. Next best win is Oregon a couple times...why are they so clear...

I don’t think the committee compares power conference teams to non power conference apples to apples. Power conferences will always have more quad 1 wins but have many more opportunities.

Yea you can’t compare a grown man who has a career making money supporting a family (in many cases) to a college student athlete who’s 18/19 years old making some extra scratch. Coaches or any employee should be obligated to stay at least 5-6 years, but it’s not comparable to the players.

I was thinking this too, I thought the colleges were making too much money and that the student athletes deserved a piece, but in reality , the fans need to pay more? That can’t be sustainable.

It’s been an uphill battle from day 1 for him. Hard to imagine most coaches having significantly more progress. There’s been some establishment of a core and of a system. The real judging starts next season for me.

I’m a big believer in Foumena, his size and athleticism and passion. Maturing will be key.

That's the ticket ;) I don't think I want the coach deciding. Not because he's not capable, but, because he has enough to do already ...

They’re playing the best defense I’ve seen all season. That was the issue vs St Louis last time. I have Rhody in first round. Defense was also an issue vs the Dukes. Dayton is a whole other animal.

Rhody held Fordham to their lowest point total at home and second lowest point total all season at 50. Their lowest was 45 points during a neutral tournament game in December.

I give all freshman some slack, like Foumena for example who has the size and athleticism to be a good player. Dubs will improve, but I’m not sure he’ll be quick enough, but maybe I’m wrong.

It’s a Win, thankfully. Defense has been much better l, but offense stinks again. Still many changes needed. Brooklyn is a little more fun now though. Go Rhody

Archie’s right. I know he recruited them but it’s still the player’s responsibility to play hard. Let’s hope the same recruiting mistakes aren’t made this off season. Also, no one should give up in year 2. This ain’t Kentucky.
