URI's awakening as a basketball program right now is the result of a bold hire the last time the job came open. If the job were to come open again, I expect the athletic department to act boldly again.

Honestly, it sucks that we get refereed the way we do, but it isn't surprising. Every time somebody sees us for the first time they comment on how Dan interacts with the officials. I personally don't care how he acts on the sidelines or towards officials - it offends me not a bit. But I am concerned...

And Dan getting mad at refs and us getting jobbed by refs is a chicken and the egg type situation.
