Doh! That half point killed me, the line was climbing but I saw +9.5 -109 -9.5 -101 (usually an indicator the line is going to go down) so I jumped early. Could have gotten +10 or even 10.5 by tip. :/

Over 70% of the bets have been on UMASS so I dont think the public is over reacting to URI "hanging around". I placed a bet at +8.5 -103.

Just looking at line movements: Every time the line inches back up to 13.5 some sharp grabs it and it drops down to 12.5. I stand corrected on my earlier statement, I dont know if any "public" money would outweigh sharp money enough to move the line up but if it does it will be later on.
