I believe that it is on the pr dept. at URI. It seems like the sports at rhody other than bb and fb are not pushed the way other schools in RI are. The news and the projo either hate us or are not getting the info forwarded to them. I think it is the latter.

Overall she has done a very good job with one major exception. Allowing the ACC to take our spot at Barclay and getting only a token amount of games against them and played there. Then to make it worse she put Forham in the game.

The Men's track team defended the A10 Championship making it 4 of the last 5 years. John Copeland's team does this dispite having less scholarships than many of the other A10 teams. Just looked at the A10 BB site and is it is super now fans from every team are so supportive of our big win. Makes one proud to be a member of a super conference.

I really don't think we are in a position to protest. Maybe some wins and we could set some terms with a school like UMASS.
If it is less money we may be making that up by saving on travel expenses. Flying to Marshall with 80-100 players, coaches, trainers, etc. is a big difference from a bus to MA.

The flopping is bad but the laying on the field after it is worse. If a player stays down and causes a delay in the game he should be sent off until the next stoppage. The ref should be able to wave this off if he thinks the player is actually hurt.
