Going to try to get down to Kingston for the Fordham game. Anna DeWolfe was all everything leading our local Greely High School girls team to two state championships. I've kidded her during the summer that the Rhody Rams were going to ear their lunch. She's a great person and a total team player.

Nice gathering after the game yesterday for the coach. Billed as an alumni Cross Country and Field Reunion , over 113 turned out for a well deserved tribute. Members as far back as the class of 1964 attended.

Very sad to report that Art Sherman passed away on August 28 at the age of 96. He was a native son of Rhode Island and a World War II severely wounded combat veteran. A lot of older alumni raised some serious hell on this issue. Art Sherman was my coach and has been a life long friend. Too nice a person to have to deal with that crap at his advanced age. He did find out in this whole process that he had a lot of friends.
